Dr. Singletary graduated from Duke University in 1973 with a B.A. Degree in Chemistry. He graduated from Emory University Dental School in 1978 with a D.D.S. degree then did his specialty training at UNC School of Dentistry, Department of Periodontics. In 1980 he received his Masters degree and certificate for Periodontics. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontilogy in 1986. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UNC School of Dentistry in the department of Periodontics. His practice consists of treating all aspects of Periodontal Disease, performs bone augmentation and implant procedures. Dr. Singletary has six children and his favorite hobby is sailing. He grew up in Durham and attended church and high school there. He started his practice in Raleigh in 1980. Dr. Singletary plans to practice a long time Lord willing!
